"Solid experience, easy to trust my pick"
I liked that the product pages actually explained the leather weight, size, and finish in a way that made sense. It just gave me a good gut feeling while I was shopping, like I wasn’t having to guess too much or second-guess what I was ordering. My order showed up as expected, and the leather matched the description well. The color was maybe a tiny bit different from the photo, but that feels normal with leather. I’m giving 4 stars only because the website feels a little dated and the shipping info could be easier to spot. Overall though, I’d buy from them again...

"Good starter supplies, site took a minute haha"
Pretty decent stuff if you're just getting into leather work. I was able to find what I needed, but the site was a little tricky to sort through and it took longer than I expected haha. Still, overall not a bad experience.

"Order was fine, shipping not so much"
Everything showed up okay. No problems with the stuff itself, and the order arrived like it was supposed to. But then there was the shipping cost... felt a little high for what I actually bought. I might order again, honestly. Just wish checkout didn’t sting quite as much.

"Took a bit longer than I thought"
It ended up taking longer than I expected, which was a little frustrating. Everything worked out in the end, but I was definitely hoping it would be quicker... just one of those things, I guess.

"Fair Prices, Shipping Was a Bit Slow"
I thought the wholesale prices were fair overall, which was nice. The only downside was that shipping took a little longer than I expected. Still, it was a decent experience, and I’d probably recommend giving them a try if you’re not in a big rush.

I’ve ordered from Springfield Leather a couple of times now and both experiences were straightforward. The website was easy enough to use, the prices were clear, and I got the receipt and shipping emails like I’d expect. Everything showed up when it was supposed to, with no weird issues or surprises. I’d feel fine ordering from them again

I ordered a few leather tools and everything showed up in good shape, so no complaints there. The shipping was just kind of hard to describe, not awful, but slower than I expected, and the tracking didn’t really update for a couple days. Overall it was fine, average. I’d probably order again, just not if I needed something quickly.

"Wish I’d Asked Them Sooner"
I had a few questions about leather weights and which tools I actually needed, and I wish I’d reached out earlier instead of guessing on my own. The staff got back to me quickly and explained everything in plain, normal language without making it confusing. Checkout could’ve been a little smoother, but overall it was a really good experience.

they’ve got a solid mix of leather craft supplies, tools, dyes, and those little bits I usually can’t find locally. I do wish more items stayed in stock though, because it can get a bit frustrating when something I need isn’t available...

I gave it 4 stars because the order showed up with everything I picked, and the cuts and colors were all right, which is always the thing I’m nervous about when ordering leather. Like, I immediately checked to make sure nothing was missing, and thankfully it was all there. Shipping did take a little longer than I was hoping, so that was a bit annoying, but the accuracy was solid and that matters a lot. I’d order again.

"Helpful for Learning Leatherwork"
I mostly use springfieldleather when I’m trying to learn something new. Their videos and guides have helped me get a better feel for the tools and how to use them. Some of the pages do look a little dated, and I kind of assume from the tone that they’re more focused on being practical than polished, which is fine by me. Overall, it’s been a useful site.

The leather looked almost the same as it did in the pictures. I did think the color was maybe a tiny bit darker in person, unless I’m just overthinking it, but either way I’m still happy with what I got.

I’ve ordered from Springfield Leather a couple of times, and the quality has been mostly fine. I don’t really have complaints there. My only regret is not comparing prices a little more before checking out, because some things felt like a solid deal while others ended up being more than I expected, especially once shipping was added. It’s not a bad place to order from at all, but now I usually shop around first instead of assuming it’s the best value

"Good order, but updates could’ve been better"
My order from springfieldleather showed up just fine, and everything was in good shape when it got here. The only thing was, the communication wasn’t the best. I got the basic emails, but there wasn’t much in between, so I ended up checking the status myself. Overall, the stuff was good, I just wish the updates had been a little clearer, and more consistent.

I ordered a few custom cuts and expected to have to chase someone down if anything was off, since I don’t usually put much faith in customer service. But everything showed up cut correctly and there was no hassle at all. Nice when it just goes the way it’s supposed to.
